The DEFA WorkshopCharger 125A is based on modern switch-mode technology, and will help maintain the batteries optimal performance and durability. It is compatible with all types of automotive batteries, including WET, AGM, EFB, GEL and lithium-ion. With its capability to provide continuous output power of 125A, the WorkshopCharger 125A is perfect for all ECU programming and diagnostic jobs. With the intuitive display and menu options you have a flexible and versatile charger for improved efficiency.

Optimal charging

The charger automatically compensates for the ambient temperature and can be used in both charging and power supply mode.

Expert mode

The top charge voltage, float charge voltage and charge current can be set by the user.


WorkshopCharger 125A is non-sparking and is protected against reverse-polarity, and short-circuiting.


The detachable cables can easily be connected and disconnected to improve the user-friendliness and extend the lifetime of the charger in case of damages to the cables. The charger can both be mounted on a wall and used as a mobile device.


The charger is housed in heavy-duty materials and has an IP20 rating.

Technical description

Note: Only use with Li-Ion batteries including an integrated battery management system (BMS).

Check air filter regurlarly, and clean when needed. Keep all connectors free from moist and dirt.
