DEFA ProPlug and PlugIn HP – Built for Demanding Conditions

The new DEFA ProPlug and PlugIn HP cable system is specifically developed for rescue vehicles and enables installations that meet the latest standards. The LED ring indicates the presence of power and makes it easier to monitor battery status. The built-in starter-kill function operates even when the ProPlug cable is not powered. It is designed to endure much harsher use than the standard MiniPlug and PlugIn systems.

The system can easily be expanded with inverters, preheating, control units, sockets and remote panels.

DEFA ProPlug connection cable – Durable and Reliable

The DEFA ProPlug connection cable is designed for use with the DEFA ProPlug inlet cable, providing a secure and durable link between power outlets and the vehicle. It is especially well-suited for cold climates and rough handling.

Its ergonomic handle offers improved grip, while enhanced strain relief extends the cable’s lifespan compared to previous versions.

The built in “starter kill” functionality of the ProPlug connector can be used to prevent the vehicle from driving when the vehicle is connected to the grid.

Important: Always use the original DEFA ProPlug connection cable together with the DEFA ProPlug inlet cable, and connect it only to an earthed power socket. Follow the enclosed usage and installation guide for proper setup.

DEFA ProPlug inlet cable – Designed for Modern Vehicles

The DEFA ProPlug inlet cable is suitable for all new vehicles and is easily flush-mounted. It is developed with a focus on durability, safety, ease of installation, and optimal user experience.

It consists of an armored cable with a DEFA ProPlug connector (including cover) on one end, and a DEFA PlugIn HP connector on the other. A grounding cable is also attached to the PlugIn HP end.

ProPlug LED Indicator Kit – Connection Status at a Glance

This LED indicator kit is installed alongside the DEFA ProPlug inlet cable. The LED lights up when the connection cable is plugged in and power is present

The kit consists of a LED ring that is installed between the vehicle and inlet cable and is connected to an inline LED driver.

DEFA PlugIn HP Extension Cable – High Performance

The DEFA PlugIn HP extension cables are made from flexible, plastic-coated, armored tubing that protects internal wiring from heat, mechanical stress, and chemical exposure.

Available in various lengths, each cable includes male and female PlugIn HP connectors on either end

PlugIn HP H-Connector – Seamless Integration with Existing Systems

This connector allows PlugIn HP inlet or extension cables to interface with existing DEFA components such as heaters, chargers, and sockets

ProPlug Bridge – for MiniPlug cable

The ProPlug Bridge cable allows MiniPlug cables to be connected to vehicle equipped with the DEFA ProPlug Inlet cable.

PlugIn HP Panel Connector – System Integration into Your Fuse Box

This connector enables PlugIn HP inlet or extension cables to be connected directly to customized fuse boxes used in more complex vehicle installations.

PlugIn HP Fuse Box – Circuit Protection and Compatibility

The fuse box ensures safety and acts as a bridge between the original PlugIn system and the new PlugIn HP system.
