How many charge points are there for CLU unit 1?*
Offline facilities are normally prepared for the maximum number of possible charge points for the available space and power. Charge points that are added later are assigned the next available CLU address. In online facilities, new charge points are added in our CloudCharge administration system. All charge points must have at least 6A available at all times.

If you select Riser cable/Flat cable/Power strip, it will be assumed that the fuse before each charging station is shared and is equivalent to the selected "Available power". For eRange Duo/Double Salto with one shared 2-pole, 3-pole or 4-pole fuse in front of the charging station, choose "Shared cable for two charge points". For conventional cabling with one dedicated fuse to each charge point, choose "Individual cable".

What size is the fuse in front of each charge point for CLU unit 1?*
Fuse size is selected based on cable cross-section and desired charging current. A 20% safety margin should be included between charging current and fuse size. This means that fuse sizes of 16A, 20A, 32A and 40A should have charging currents of 13A, 16A, 25A and 32A respectively.
