PowerSmart – charge at the lowest power cost
PowerSmart in the DEFA Power app is connected directly to Nord Pool’s daily power market prices, so you can get a more reliable overview of the coming spot prices – now with 15 minute intervals – to better control when you charge. The app can be used with any car and is independent of any energy or electricity company – you only need an hourly rate agreement.

EcoMode Decide how much you want to save. Based on Nord Pool’s daily power market prices, you can avoid charging when power is most expensive. Just decide when you want to pick up your car, and how much you want to save. It calculates the optimal charging schedule for you – saving you time and money.
Charging Schedule If you want to control your charge schedule, you can easily set the days and the period of time when you allow for charging.
MaxPower If you want to avoid extra charges, you can reduce the charging power to avoid high power consumption during peak periods.
Protect, share, and rent out your charger
Adding your home charger and your RFID keys ensures that no one uses your charger while you’re away. You can easily share the charger with family and friends via the app whenever you want.

Right after the installation of your DEFA Power, you should have received an SMS with an invitation to your charger. Download the app and log in with the mobile number the invitation was sent to, and your charging station will appear in the app.
