HD MultiCharger 40A 12V

DEFA HD MultiCharger 40A is designed to simplify the installation and use of battery charger in commercial, emergency, and industrial vehicles as well as in RVs and machineries. The charger is designed and built to withstand severe working and weather conditions. You can use it with all types of lead/acid batteries.

Versatile connection

The charger is equipped with detachable charging cable to allow maximal flexibility for a custom fit solution. DC cables are available in a variety of lengths (2m/6’7”, or 2.6m/8’6” included in the box, or 4m/13’2”, or 6m/19’8”, or 8m/26’3”). Optional LED display to show charge status.

High IP rating & flexible placement

The charger is rated IP65,  meaning you can place it almost anywhere.

Optimizes battery life and capacity

7 step charging curve, and temperature-compensated charging, 0,3V for every 10°C change.

Safe to use

The charger has a fused cable, is spark and short-circuit proof.

Use of MultiCharger 40A 12V

It is well suited to charge batteries up to approx. 1000Ah and can maintenance charge the battery indefinitely.

Remote LED panel available as an accessory

The remote panel accessory displays the same information as the charger, allowing the charger to be placed out of sight. The display also indicates whether or not there is power in the socket to which the charger is connected.
